Minidoka Irrigation District B2/1 Canal – 400 West Box Culvert

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

 

Sealed Bids for the Minidoka Irrigation District B2/1 Canal – 400 West Box Culvert will be received by the Minidoka Irrigation District at the office of Minidoka Irrigation District, 98 West, 50 South, Rupert, ID 83350 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, August 29th, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.

A pre-bid tour will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024, leaving the  office of the Minidoka Irrigation District at 98 West, 50 South, Rupert, ID 83350. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Planned work includes Construction of a box culvert road crossing at 400 West.

 The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Sunrise Engineering, 700 S. Washington St. Suite A, Afton, WY  83110. The project manager for this contract is David Kennington, P.E., phone number 307.885.8500. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.

Bidding Documents may be viewed and printed online by registering with the Issuing Office at www.sunrise-eng.com. Click on “Plan Room” at the top right corner of the homepage. Bidders must register, sign-in, and then choose the specific project to become a plan holder and obtain access to Bidding/Contract Documents, Specifications and Plans. Following registration, complete sets of documents may be downloaded at no cost as a portable document format (PDF) files. Notices regarding changes/amendments to the Bidding/Contract Documents, Specifications and Plans will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the bidder’s registration. Bidders are responsible to maintain current and correct contact information and check the plan room often to receive updates or additional documents/changes/amendments. If the prospective bidder would like to obtain printed and bound Bidding/Contract Documents, Specifications and Plans from the Issuing Office, the cost will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable.  Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen.  The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.  Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
